There are 2 seats up for election this year. Both are two-year terms.

Sharon Cordon
Family info: I am married to Rick Cordon (47 years in June). We have three daughters - Shawna (married to Martin Mikkelsen), Heather (married to Karl Baker), and Hailee. We have 4 grandchildren. I love being Nana!
Work info: I currently work part-time at the KC Zoo and Aquarium after retiring from self-employment as a template consultant (creating internal billing formats, invoice formats, check formats for law firms).
Spiritual info: I was saved at the age of 4 or 5, baptized in water at 7, and baptized in the Holy Spirit at 11. Spiritual growth... never-ending! God is so good.
How long have you attended RLC: Since late 2009
Ministry involvement: Media Director, A-Team member (March 2018 - 2023), Women's Ministries team member.
I would also like you to know: My desire is to serve where God wants me. I am excited to see how God is moving at RLC, and I love our RLC family.
Haeleigh Hobbs
Family Info: I am the oldest child of Scott and Lisa Hobbs; my younger brother is Haeden Hobbs. I am also in an amazing relationship with Jose Torres!
Work Info: I currently work at Sam's Club as an Assistant Manager. I just celebrated my twelve-year anniversary with the company.
Spiritual Info: I grew up in church, I was saved as a child, baptized in middle school, and I was baptized with the Holy Spirit a few years ago during a church service.
How long have you attended RLC? I have been attending RLC since the summer of 2016.
Ministry Involvement: I currently lead the Cafe team. I serve on the worship team. I lead the kitchen teams during large events. Also, I co-lead our annual Community Easter Egg Hunt.
I would also like you to know: I am proud to be a part of the Radiant Life Church family. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for us, and I’m willing to be a part of His plan anyway He wants me to be. I would be honored to serve on the Advisory Team to ensure RLC's success in our community!
Jeff Kohnz
Family Info: I have been married to my amazing wife, Robin, for almost 17 years. We have 3 kids: Eve, Duncan, and Caleb.
Work info: I work for a company that facilitates billing and collections in the home medical equipment sector. I've been working at the same company for almost 17 years, becoming the IT Director in 2016. I also have taken up photography in 2024, specializing in family and individual portraits.
Spiritual Info: I have been saved since 2004 and filled with the Holy Spirit since 2008.
How long have you attended RLC: We started coming to RLC initially on Wednesday nights, then full time shortly after, back in 2011.
Ministry Involvement: have served on the A-Team several times in the past. I lead the Usher Team and am part of the Safety Team. On Wednesday nights I can be found monitoring the back end of the church and helping as needed in the Kids and Youth ministries.
I would also like you to know: Robin's and my desire is to support and serve RLC in every way we can, however we can, whenever we can. We love our pastors and our church family. I'm looking forward to hearing God's plans for RLC and all involved, and hope to be a part of implementing it.
Family Info: Married to my beautiful wife Tracy for 37+ years. Three children, four grandsons, and two granddaughters.
Work Info: I have been employed with Phillips 66 Pipeline Company for 41 years as of June. Currently, I am the Manager for the Operations Area of KC, Lincoln, NE, and Des Moines, IA - Refined Product Terminals.
Spiritual Info: I was saved as a teenager, rededicated my life in 1994, and baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1996. I have had several great mentors in my spiritual journey and am currently trying to be a mentor to others.
How long have you attended RLC? Since Nov 2016
Ministry Involvement: I am currently on the Worship Team and have served on the A-Team for a total of 7 years. I help with projects and maintenance around the church as needed. I volunteer and assist with most activities held at the church. Past: Wednesday Night kids teacher for 5 years. LIFEgroup Facilitator, Greeter, and Usher. We host an annual campout in the summer, a Men's group shoot in the fall, and numerous activities on our property. All church members and friends are always welcome.
I would also like you to know: That only by the grace of God I go. Life is about serving God and serving others while making disciples in order to have a Jesus generational change in their families’ lives.
Rusty Lee
Family Info: Married to my best friend, Ray, for almost 32 years, and we have a 24-year-old son, Nathan. 3 children in heaven (miscarried with twins and 17-year-old son killed in auto accident 2017, 3 days before his senior year at KHS)
Work info: Accounts Receivable Manager for Midland Radio, who has donated communication equipment for the Radiant Life safety team.
Spiritual Info: After battling drug and alcohol abuse for 8 years and searching for love in ALL the wrong places, I was introduced to our loving, faithful, merciful Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 25. Through all of life’s ups and downs, He remains faithful and continues to amaze me at His WONDER-WORKING POWER! Always on time and never early or late!!!

Ministry Involvement: Ray & I are on the Greeting Team, serve on the Safety Team, volunteer for almost every special event when help is needed, and I host Radiant Life’s Craft Fellowship LIFEgroup.
I would also like you to know: Our obedience to God’s call opens the floodgates of heaven! He can meet EVERY ONE OF YOUR NEEDS if you seek Him with your WHOLE heart! He is the Maker of Heaven and Earth and has a purpose and a plan for EVERY one of us!
