At Radiant Life, we believe that every woman is designed to flourish. Our Women’s Ministry isn’t just a department; it’s a sisterhood where women of all ages and stages of life come together to be refreshed, encouraged, and empowered.

Whether you are navigating the busyness of motherhood, the transition of the empty-nest years, or the focus of your career, there is a place for you here in Kearney. We are committed to:

  • Growing Deep: Rooting ourselves in the Word of God through our seasonal LIFEgroups and Bible studies.

  • Living Radiant: Reflecting the light of Christ in our homes, our workplaces, and our community.

  • Building Together: Creating authentic connections that go beyond Sunday mornings—because no one should have to walk their faith journey alone.

From our annual Flourish Women's Conference to our casual monthly meetups, our goal is simple: to see every woman walk in the fullness of who God called her to be.

  • A fun morning of food and fellowship! Please bring a sweet or savory dish to share.

    We’re also hosting a Mix-and-Match Exchange! Bring 1–5 items from home that you no longer need (but others might love). For every item you bring, you’ll get to take a "new" treasure home with you!

  • Join us for a relaxing afternoon at Ventana’s in Excelsior Springs @ 12pm! This is a wonderful chance to connect over a delicious meal and deepen friendships in a beautiful setting. Whether you’re a long-time member or brand new to the sisterhood, we would love to see you there for a time of fun and meaningful conversation.

  • March 7th | 9:00 AM

    Start your morning with food, fellowship, and encouragement! Join us at the church for a sweet time of gathering together. Please bring a breakfast item to share, and feel free to invite a friend to come along!

  • April 30 – May 2 | Jabez Retreat Center

    Step away for a weekend to recharge, deepen your relationships, and learn to hear the voice of God. We will be diving into He Speaks to Me by Priscilla Shirer as we seek a refreshing time of growth together.

    Cost & Details:

    • Full Retreat (Both Nights): $130

    • One Night Stay: $95

    • Deposit: $50 (Due by April 1st)

    • Registration covers lodging, meals, snacks, and a journal. Please purchase the study book separately.

  • Current Study @ RLC (Fireside Room) - Don’t Give the Enemy A Seat At Your Table by Louie Giglio

    Join us for a powerful new study by Louie Giglio! Together, we will learn how to guard our hearts and minds with God’s truth and find victory in our thought lives. Whether you’ve been part of our group for years or this is your very first time, all women are welcome to attend this time of growth and fellowship.

  • Tuesdays | 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM | Lazarov Home (Holt)

    Join Irena Lazarova and a community of sisters as we dive into what it means to be Beloved Wholeheartedly by the King. This is a space to experience God’s love together through intentional Bible study and prayer. We focus on sharing both spiritual and practical wisdom while walking in kindness with one another. All women are welcome!

  • Bi-Weekly Tuesdays | 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM | Lee’s Residence / Starbucks

    Led by Amanda Foster, this group offers a loving and supportive space for moms with "littles." Join us as we grow together in our walk with Jesus, encouraging one another to raise our children with faith and strength in today's world.

  • One Saturday a Month | 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM | RLC GYM

    Join Rebecca Roach and a creative community of sisters for a day of fellowship, prayer, and "living life together" while working on your favorite craft projects. Whether your heart is full or heavy, this is a safe space to share, find encouragement, and allow the group to lift you up in prayer as we create together.

  • One Saturday a Month | Time Varies by Activity

    Led by Rick and Debbie Johnston, this group is a dedicated space for married couples in the "empty nest" phase of life to connect and grow. Moving beyond mere acquaintances, we aim to build deep relationships and face the unique challenges of this season together.

    Meetings take place at the Johnston home or various local spots depending on the month's activity—stay tuned for details!
